Working out a lot from home but need some coaching? Turn your mobile device on and your coach can follow your moves and give you positive feedback and encouragement!

TopRow Live is a live online 60 minute erg workout done on a RP3, Concept2 or another rowing machine with professional and certified coaches leading you in real time! You can either choose between a single private lesson or join the 2K challenge. So you improve your technique and set a new personal best!

Intro Lesson – Do you have an erg but aren’t sure if you’re using it correctly? The introduction lesson is probably your best pick. We will set up a meeting, review your technique, teach you some technical drills and give feedback on your rowing form. This lesson will take 60 min.
2K Challenge (10 pack)  – Do you like to push yourself? Not afraid of getting tired? Come try the TopRow 2k Challenge! The 2K Challenge is a 10 week program to set a new personal best on the erg. You will receive a personalized practice plan depending on your fitness and experience level. Your coach will guide you through the 10 weeks with 10 private coaching sessions where we can track your technical and fitness improvements.
