Free rowing taster session on Sunday 22nd September 2024

 (144We’re hosting our next ‘open house’ event on Sunday 22nd September 2024!

You can sign up for a free 30-minute rowing taster session, guided by our friendly coaches. After the success of our previous events we’re excited to offer London another opportunity to get on the water.

Want to find a great way to stay active, fit and outdoors? Want to meet new people? As long as you’re 18+ you can register your interest by filling in the form below. You can sign up as an individual or register with teammates! We will then email you to confirm your time slot.

During your 30-minute taster session you will receive coaching from our qualified instructors. First on land using our rowing machines to learn the basic movements before stepping foot into a boat for a brief introduction to on-the-water rowing!

Enjoy the River Thames from a unique perspective while learning a new sport. A full body, low impact activity that you can pick up and start at any age.

Please make sure you register – we can’t guarantee sessions for any “walk-ins” who arrive without registering. We email you a few days before to confirm your timeslot.
